DecommissionAn event that removes a lot, or part of a lot, from active inventory. It requires a Disposition, which records why; there is no Reason field. The Containers tab cannot be used: disaggregate the container first.
Direct ReceiveRecording a Receive for lots that have no earlier events in the account. It does not require an earlier Ship, so the receiving entity can log its Receive before the Ship is posted. It shows as an Inbound Shipment (Shipments > Inbound).
Direct ShipRecording a Ship for lots that have no earlier events in the account. It shows as an Outbound Ship Event in the Outbound Shipments table. Its trace is linked afterwards with Link Trace Info.
DisaggregationAn event that unpacks a whole container. No quantities are entered.
DispositionThe state of the goods after the event. On a Decommission it also records why the goods were decommissioned.
Event ListThe table of recorded events, one row per lot.
GDSTGlobal Dialogue on Seafood Traceability.
Link Trace InfoLinking a Direct Ship or a Receive to earlier events. On a Receive, it lets you link upstream events that occurred with a date/time prior to the Direct Receive's date/time. On a Direct Ship, it lets you post events that occurred with a date/time prior to the Direct Ship's date/time. When a Receive is linked, it requires a Ship event; a Ship is the only event type that can be linked to a Receive.
LotA quantity of one product with a lot code.
Primary IDIn the List view, the lot or container identifier. "SSCC: lot code" means the lot is inside a container.
Read PointWhere the event was read or recorded.
ReceiveAn event that records a shipment arriving at a destination Location.
Shared LocationA Location that can be used as a destination Location on Ship events and as an origin Location on Receive events.
ShipAn event that records lots or containers leaving an origin Location for a destination Location. A Ship can use only part of a lot.
