Export files
Reference for the Trade Partner master data Excel export: how to download it and what each column contains.
The Trade Partner master data file contains one row for each Trade Partner. Column headings are shown exactly as they appear in the file.
Download it for the whole account with Download master data in Settings: click the gear icon at the top of the Trade Partners page (or open Settings with the gear icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar), which opens Master Data Settings > Trade Partner (see Master Data Settings). To download only some Trade Partners, tick their rows in the Trade Partner List and select Download in the selection bar. That file shows all fields found on the Details tab (see Trade Partner List).
