Document List tab
The number beside Document List is the number of documents in the current results. It changes when you search or filter.
Table columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| (checkbox) | Selects the row. The header checkbox selects all rows on the page. |
| Document ID | The ID entered when the document was added, or a dash (-). |
| Document Name | The document title. |
| Document Type | The document's type. Documents added with Add Document show Other. |
| Company | Companies tagged on the document. Two or more show as a count, for example "2 Companies". |
| Location | Locations tagged on the document. |
| Product | Products tagged on the document. |
| Shared | The Trade Partner that shared the document with you. A dash when none. |
| Recent Activity | Date and time of the latest activity, such as adding, editing or restoring. |
| Expiration | Expiration date, or a dash (-). |
| Blockchain | Blockchain network. Always Algorand. |
| Visibility | Private or Public. |
| ... (row menu) | See Row menu. |

Chosen values appear as chips; select the x on a chip to remove it. When nothing matches, the table shows No Data.
Toolbar actions
Selecting one or more rows shows "n document(s) Selected" and three buttons.

| Download | Downloads the attachment of each selected document as a separate file. |
| Share | Opens the Share dialog with the selected documents. |
| Archive | Opens the Archive Documents? confirmation. |
Row menu
| Item | Action |
|---|---|
| View | Opens the document drawer. |
| Download | Downloads that document's attachment. |
| Share | Opens the Share dialog for that document. |
| Copy URL | Opens the document in a new browser tab. |
| Archive | Opens the archive confirmation for that document. |
