Trade Partners – ReferenceInvitations

Invitations

Reference for the Invites tab and the Add Invite drawer: the list controls, every form field with its requirement, and what the invitee receives.

Invitations are how a Trade Partner is invited to connect with you in Wholechain. They are listed on the Invites tab of the Trade Partners page, and the same form is available on the Invites tab inside a Trade Partner's drawer. For the steps, see Invite Trade Partners to connect.

What the invitee receives

After an invitation is sent, each address in Email/s receives an email with a link to the Wholechain Inviter's Portal. There the invitee is offered the options Use Wholechain and Link EPCIS/GDST System to connect.

Default Invite Message

The Default Invite Message is configured in Settings, not on this page. Click the gear icon at the top of the Trade Partners page (or open Settings with the gear icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar), which opens Master Data Settings > Trade Partner. See Master Data Settings.

For the messages Wholechain shows, see Messages.
