| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Attachment | The file stored with a document. |
| Archive | The place archived documents are kept until restored (Master Data Settings > Archived). |
| Connected Trade Partner | A Trade Partner connected to you through Wholechain accounts. |
| Document Type Name | The attachment's file name without its extension. |
| Private / Public | Settings that control whether a document uploaded in an event is passed downstream to subsequent Wholechain accounts. |
| Tag | An association between a document and a company, Location or product. |
