Archive and restore
Reference for archiving a Trade Partner from the Trade Partner List, what archiving does to its Locations, aliases and documents, and where to restore it.

What archiving does
| Record | Effect |

| Trade Partner | The Trade Partner's Locations are archived too. All aliases are removed from the Trade Partner and its Locations. Documents tagged with the Trade Partner or its Locations stay in the Documents tab, but the Trade Partner and Location tags are removed from them. |
