| Expiration date minimum | Expiration Date | Dates before today cannot be selected. |
| Read-only after upload | Document Information | Cannot be edited. |
| Tagging does not share | Company, Location, Product | Tagging does not send a document to anyone. |
| Sharing requires connection | Share | Recipients must be connected through Wholechain. |
| Preview | Attachment tab | Images and PDFs preview; other types do not. |
| Privacy and events | Privacy | Private documents uploaded in events are not passed downstream to subsequent Wholechain accounts; Public documents are. Documents cannot be passed outside Wholechain. |
| Archive | Archive | Reversible; use Move to Documents to restore. |
