Purchase order drawers
PO Tracker reference: the shipments drawer, Edit Purchase Order, Share PO and Delete PO.
Shipments drawer
Click a row to open the drawer. The URL ends in /link.

Row menu of a linked shipment: Unlink (removes the shipment from the PO's linked shipments at once, no confirmation). If it was the only shipment linked to a Supplier PO, the Status returns to Unfulfilled.
Select shipments for the PO

Shipments already linked to a PO are not offered again. Any shipment can be linked, whether or not it involves the PO's Trade Partner.
Edit Purchase Order
Opened from View Details or Add Details. Title: Edit Purchase Order - <PO number>. Select Save Changes to save.

The drawer does not show Visibility or the sharing checkboxes.
Share PO
Opens Share PO with "Select sharing type:" and the options With Revision (the connected partner can propose changes, and the issuer accepts or denies them) and Without Revision (the partner sees the PO but cannot change it). Share is disabled until an option is selected. With With Revision, the partner can propose changes to the PO details and you are prompted to accept or deny them. A PO cannot be shared with a Trade Partner that is not connected on Wholechain: the share action fails, and no message explains why. Edits you make to a Supplier PO already shared are reflected in that supplier's account. Share PO appears on Supplier POs only.
Delete PO
Shows Delete Purchase Order: Are you sure you want to delete PO "<PO number>"? This action cannot be undone. Buttons: Cancel, Delete. Deleting a PO does not affect its linked shipments. They become available to link to other POs.
