Rules and restrictions
Rules that apply to forms, sharing, shared forms, import and shipment fields.

| Supported type | Forms | Ship Event is the only form type. |
| Publish before recipients see changes | Configuration | Recipients see only the published version. |
| Sharing does not include master data | Sharing | Destination Locations and Trade Items must be shared separately. |
| One destination per form | Shared form | A shipment has one Ship To destination. Use one form per shipment and destination. |
| One Ship From Location | Ship From | Only one entry can be designated; the designated entry cannot be removed. |
| Import matching | Import | Matches item numbers or IDs, not names. |
| SSCC validation | Shipment Details | Applies only when Use SSCC Validation is on. |
| Universal TLC | Shipment Details, product rows | When on, product TLC values are read-only. |
| Clear Form | Shared form | No confirmation window. |
| Labels vary | All forms | Owners can rename sections, fields and columns, and hide optional columns. |
