Archive and restore
Reference for archiving a Trade Item from the list and restoring it from Master Data Settings > Archived.

| Archive | Row … menu or command bar three-dot menu. Confirmation: "Archiving this product will remove its tags from any documents". Result: Successfully archived with a View Archived link; the item leaves the list. |
| Restore | In Master Data Settings > Archived, choose Trade Items and use Move to Trade Items (see Archived). |
An item with active inventory cannot be archived.
