| Published templates only | Add Label | Only published templates can be chosen for a new label. |
| One Trade Item per label | Labels | A label links to one Trade Item at a time; choose another in Linked Product to change it. |
| Operators see unlocked inputs only | Label Entry | Operators see and change only the inputs unlocked in the Field Editor, for everyone. |
| Locks are saved per label | Field Editor | Lock choices persist after closing and carry over to duplicates. |
| Source order | Design Editor | An element uses GS1 Primary first, then KDE Fallback, then Manual Fallback. |
| Collector or Custom | Barcode element | Encoded Barcode Items is available only in Collector mode; Content only in Custom mode. |
| Autosave | Design Editor, Field Editor | Changes save as you work; closing with X returns you to the list. |
| Editing a published template | Template Manager | Opens a new version, flagged by the information icon until you choose Publish. |
| Deleting a shared label | Labels | A label shared with Trade Partners is also deleted from their accounts. |
| Unsaved entry values | Label Entry | Values typed in Label Entry are not stored on the label. |
