Statuses
PO Tracker reference: the Unfulfilled, Fulfilled and Cancelled statuses.
Statuses describe traceability. Fulfilled does not mean all ordered quantities arrived, delivery is complete, or payment or commercial obligations are met.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Unfulfilled | The qualifying ship event from the relevant Trade Partner has not been registered for the PO in the account. New POs start here. |
| Fulfilled | Supplier PO: a qualifying supplier ship event changes it from Unfulfilled to Fulfilled. Customer PO: a ship event with an origin Location belonging to your self Trade Partner and a destination belonging to another Trade Partner makes it Fulfilled. |
| Cancelled | The PO's Cancel After date has passed. The interface spells it "Cancelled". |
The Filter by Status(es) list also contains Other. A direct receive event can be linked to a PO but does not change Unfulfilled to Fulfilled. Linked-shipment counts and status describe different aspects of traceability, so a PO can have a linked receive and stay Unfulfilled.
