| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Select documents to share | Multi-select, pre-filled with the selected documents. Add or remove documents. |
| Select a Trade Network Partner (Add Companies) | Multi-select of Trade Partners connected to you through Wholechain. Shorter than the Company list. |
| Permission menu | Appears after a recipient is chosen. Choose Viewer or Editor. |
| Message | Optional text box (Add a message). |
| Cancel | Closes without sharing. |
| Done | Completes the Share action. |
