Reference for Archived in Wholechain Settings.

Sub-tabs and columns

Restoring
| Method | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Row Move to button (for example Move to Trade Items) | Restores that row. |
| Row checkboxes, then Actions | The page shows "N Item Selected". The Actions menu shows a Manage heading and the move option (for example Move to Trade Items), unavailable until a row is selected. |
Rules
| Rule | Applies to | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Active inventory | Trade Items and Locations | Cannot be archived while they have active inventory. |
| Use in events | Trade Items and Locations | Archived records cannot be used in events. |
| Trade Partner archive | Trade Partners | Removes the partner from integration and EPCIS connections. Restoring does not automatically restore them. |
| Archiving | All | Removes the resource from its active list. |
